Assist in gathering a variety of narrative information and statistical data needed in the formulation, execution and presentation of budget requests.Utilize software such as Excel, Access, Power Point, and Word to gather and present data.Prepare travel orders and travel vouchers for Branch employees, deliver airline tickets to appropriate employee(s), and initiates airline, hotel, billeting and rental reservations.Serve as Branch timekeeper and perform all time and attendance and related duties for all Branch employees using an automated reporting system.Prepare purchase orders and requisitions open market purchases and obtain specifications and other data necessary to obtain bids for supplies and services to be performed by purchase order.Coordinate Branch requests for security clearances.Conduct inventories of Branch office property and coordinate inventories of project property.Coordinate preparation of the Branch annual training plan and assist employees in developing training goals and Individual Development Plans.Coordinate the full range of personnel requirements of the Branch in conjunction with the Administrative Officer to include recruitment, training, disciplinary actions, awards and employee benefits.
